about

Something about playing in London really brought out our nasty side. I'm not sure why. Don't get me wrong, I know we loved playing gigs in London and we met some great friends there over the years, but when ever I hear recordings of some of our gigs from England it seems like we're out to punish the audience of some undetermined offense. Always an air of menace at these gigs. This is really compounded by the fact that our sound is dirty, confused, and disorienting. One of our last gigs as a 3 piece was in London. This wasn't it, but there's some foreshadowing of a schism here. A bad vibe hangs like a grey cloud of smog over the sound.
