about

Tale of the Whale "Live in DC and Asheville, NC"

This first in our way back archival release series was originally a cdr that we made for our tour with Sonic Youth. I think. It carries all the hallmarks of our early sound: bong rattling bass, free skittering drums, and a noise guitar sound that's smeared across the tracks like peanut butter. This is when we really started to cook as a band in is a great representation of our early live sound. Enjoy!
